tomorrow
2. Math:
today students corrected their math quizzes on characteristics and sorting rule
of quadrilaterals. Students will take their quizzes home tomorrow to be signed.
Almost all students have finished
their math quadrilaterals drawing, their description of the drawing and they
have posted it on IRIS. Please ask your child to share their video with you.
3.
Sciences:
students continued working on their shoebox houses.
Next week is a final week of working on the project. All houses should be
finished by the end of next week.

ELA:
Today we read chapters 21 and 22 of Swindle and discussed various types of
conflicts present in the novel. The types of conflicts we looked into are:
person vs. self, person vs. person, person vs. society, person vs. nature, person
vs. unknown and person vs. object.
5.
FLA: we
continue working on one of the past tenses (Passé Composé). Students worked in
partners writing a short story with the verbs in Passé Composé. They used a
list of verbs we had brainstormed together.
6.
Gymnastics:
students started developing their gymnastics routine on mats in groups of two
or three.
